At betonmass we design and build complete concrete and mortar producing installations, adapting our equipment and different mixer models to offer our clients the project that most accurately fits in with their needs. Bearing in mind the possible elements to be manufactured, such as: beams; joists; panels; grid plate; blocks; pavements; kerbs; street furniture; artificial stone; piping or large prefabricated items. Moreover, we take the production, yield and work schedules into consideration, as well as the number of components to be dosed and the characteristics of the space available for the location of the future plant.

In those situations where the transport of the biggest pieces of machinery may be more expensive, such as silos, hoppers and certain structures, betonmass offers the possibility of having these pieces made by metal carpentry workshops trusted by our clients, in accordance with our drawings always pursuant to our technical support.

Finally, and after the equipment has been delivered, betonmass assembles all components on site, as well as carrying out concrete batch plant control, test and commissioning actions, in addition to the training of client personnel, whenever so required.
